Join us as we continue to embrace Minnesota's great winter heritage for the viewing of the Winter Carnival Vulcan Victory Torchlight Parade! View the parade from the second floor atrium of the Ordway Theater where we can keep our toes and noses warm! Enjoy the spectacle of Vulcans and his Krewe as they overthrow King Boreas on the steps of the St. Paul Library, followed by fireworks!

If you arrive early or stay late, enjoy strolling around Rice Park and ogling the ice sculptures or drop into the festively decorated St. Paul Hotel for a cup of cocoa and cookies.

Come early, as parking can be problematic. Recommendation is to use the Science Museum parking lots. Use the skyway to cross Kellogg. Come through the Excel Center and exit next to the Ordway, facing Rice Park.
